By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.




2. Use License

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.




9. Return Policy

It is the student's responsibility to drop a course three calendar days prior to the start date of the course to receive a full refund. Courses dropped less than three calendar days before, or dropped after the start of the course will not receive a refund. Please note, if registration for a class occurs within three calendar days of the class starting there is not refund. No-shows do not constitute cancellation. No credit may be used toward another selection for missed classes. Classes canceled by the college will be refunded in full.


Self-study courses

You can request a full refund up to seven business days after confirmation that your purchase has been completed, provided the course has not started.

You can request a full refund up to 7 days after paying for access to a course or workshop provided you have not yet accessed the materials. Any request for refunds after 7 days following purchase, or once you have accessed the materials will not be refunded.


Timescale for refund

Simple Theology will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you requested it.

While we make every effort to run courses as advertised, we reserve the right to change course content, assessment, dates and trainer/moderator. We also reserve the right to suspend any student who disrupts a course by his or her unacceptable behaviour.
